简介

        杨军,博士,副研究员,广东药科大学基础医学院病原生物学与免疫系教师, 广东药科大学强药青年学者。从事耐药菌持留机制研究,聚焦临床中的优势耐药基因-病原菌组合,利用分子生物学、遗传学和生物化学等手段,探究耐药基因与宿主菌的互作机制以及优势耐药质粒的生物学特性,包括质粒的复制、转移和适应性调控机制等。近年来,在Nucleic Acids Research, mBio, Trends in Microbiology, Lancet Infect Dis, Zoological Research, mSphere, Microbiol Spectr等国际期刊发表论文19篇。主持国家自然基金、十四五重点研发计划子课题、博士后面上基金,参与国家自然基金重点项目和专项项目等。
